Blessed

Well how lucky I am I. I have not had a single moment to post a blog post because I am so busy editing and photographing such amazing families. As we approach thanksgiving, I have so much to truly be thankful for. I have been blessed with a gift that I do not take for granted. I see beauty in the simplest things and embrace them. I love that when I take a single glance I see a million pictures in my head from many perspectives. I am so exciting to see what the future holds. Keep on the look out for some exciting business news.

With the holidays just around the corner I am so excited to be providing a few families that this season were unable to have their pictures taken because of tough times or have inspired me with their sacrifice and giving hearts to pay it forward. Those families have been contacted by me and I look forward to capturing their families.

I heart Faces- All things "Orange" :-)

Wow it has been honestly way too long since I have posted on my blog. And believe me I feel guilty but I have been so busy it has made things just a bit hard to keep up. This morning I was inspired by I heart Face to post a picture that I think is the perfect depiction of Orange :-) So here it is.

A stunning 4 year old!

I cannot help but treasure my friendship with this little one's mom (or should I say Big girl now.) K Turned 4. Ahh. Our babies are growing up before our eyes. This session was by far one of the easiest shoots I have ever photographed. K is a natural and honestly the camera just loves her. See for yourself.

Hazy Days

There are days I dread when I walk out and it is Hazy. Not my best lighting days but on this day This family made up for it. They were so sweet and I cannot say enough about Alyssa their amazing mom. You can tell how much she just soaks in her kids. She adores them and I truly loved capturing their bond. Looking forward to our next shoot in October :-)

Terribly Behind on Blogs

Sweet Angel

I have had the pleasure of watching this family grow from 5 to 6. :-) This was just a few short weeks ago. http://meganokeeffephotography.blogspot.com/2010/04/beautiful-mom-to-be.html And here is their newest addition Sweet Baby Girl G! Mom had a terrible time getting her to sleep but in the end we got a few shots of her sleeping like an angel!

Blue Eyes blogged again!

I cannot help but keep coming back to this session. This precious baby girl has the most amazing blue eyes. I just have to share a few more from her session. In her first picture she looks a bit frightened by the camera but by the third she has warmed Up.

Bursting with Energy!

Although a bit disappointed in the lack of flowers at the Botanical Gardens yesterday, I spent the afternoon with A and S and had so much fun.(It was great catching up with their mom too) They were bursting with energy, full of life and adored each other. S followed his big sister, they gave flowers to their fantastic mom, and even held hands. It was too cute. Enjoy just a few of many fun shots!

Beauty!!!!!!

When I first saw this little one I could not wait to capture her. Her beautiful blue eyes and brown hair. (Might I add she has more hair than my 15 months old) On such a gloomy day it was refreshing to have such a calm session.
