This beautiful mom has 3 energetic boys at home and is awaiting the arrival of a precious baby girl (who I cannot wait to photograph- I am counting down the days) Pregnancy agrees well with M. She looks stunning. I can tell you that at 36 weeks pregnant I did not look so radiant. The camera loved her am I am so happy that I was able to capture a few moments of her last pregnancy.

K Turns 1
You will remember not too long ago I took pictures of his adorable sister R who had just turned 3 and now it is K's turn. We had such a fun shoot. K is on the go. And his smile was so infectious that every time I pull up a picture I instantly grin from ear to ear. He is sweet in every way. I can honestly say I have never heard him cry. He is always happy. Here are a few shots from a beautiful day.
Hats and Cocoons
So yes I have an addiction to props and yes I am behind on posting :-). Anyway back to the addiction. I can't help it. My husbands exact words this week were "You are going to become a pack rat if you keep buying more and more stuff." I just love adding little tidbits to my photography. Whether it be a fun antique chair or beautiful hats. Tutus and headbands. All just fun stuff. Well today there is a giveaway on http://123mylittlefamily.blogspot.com/2010/04/surprise-hat-and-cocoon-giveaway.html#comment-form and this talented etsy vendor is giving away a beautiful hat and cocoon. http://www.etsy.com/listing/44737332/newborn-photography-prop-infant-silky. In my life I think I have won two things but I figure it was worth a shot. And then I can't get yelled at because I didn't buy it :-)

Double the Fun!
Events
Recently I went out of my comfort zone and photographed an 80's themed 40th birthday bash. And truly had so much fun. The dance floor was packed all night. The kids were running around and laughing so hard it was infectious. There were jelly bracelets, high top sneakers, Fun colored rock clothing, and a really great cake adorned with PAC-Man, a Rubik's cube and an old boom box. And to highlight the evening besides the guest of honor completely being surprised, there were Tahitian Dancers. It really was a great time!
